Food and setting are outstanding; service needs refinement Arrived to meet my date after a day of meetings. Despite losing our reservations, they seated us quickly. The setting was subdued and reserved, very comfortable and agreeable for a romantic dinner. Tables were comfortably separated for...More

What a great restaurant! The service was immaculate! Went for a ceviche taster, fried rice with duck and the delightful Cuban chocolate cigar to finish. Everything was delicious and well worth the price tag which was not unreasonable at all! Recommended!

A member of our party was very familiar with Cuban food and said this was one of his favorite places in Philly and certainly the best Cuban place. The food for each of us from starters to main dishes to dessert were great, and the...More

We came on a weeknight while visiting Philadelphia. We came without a reservation but they were able to seat us quickly. Everything we had was wonderful. The mojito was one of the best I've ever had. We started with empanadas cubanas followed by lechon asado...More

the best mojitos i've ever had. The guac and ceviche were excellent. I would return here literally any day--it wasn't half as crowded as i expected.

We had an early, mid-week dinner in the Alma De Cuba lounge. The sea scallops with ham, crab and corn quinoa entree was exceptional, especially when its flavors were complimented by a side of coffee roasted carrot puree. The hostess and wait staff were gracious,...More

Yes - but I have not ordered wine in my three visits. I usually expect this as a standard at my favorites, but their Cuban/Caribbean drinks are so great... I never thought about it. Nor did my many guests.

Dressy casual is fine, but you wouldn't be out of place if you were dressed up.
