Enjoyed a great vegan dish at the cozy pub not too far Rittenhouse Square. Menu was good for everyone; vegans, vegetarians and carnivores. Atmosphere was warm and cozy, and service was really good. Full bar and many options for beer drinkers.

Accommodated a party of 10 with 5 teenagers on Easter Sunday at 9pm quickly . Pub was sought out by member of group for the craft beer selection but the food was a phenomenal find as well!! Muscles aplenty for $16.95 and plenty of other...More

I would have rated Monk’s with 5 stars but the whole host and seating process is extremely inefficient. My wife and I came in and asked for a table, and we saw 3-4 empty tables. The host said there was a 30 minute wait. We...More

This place is highly over rated. It's a very small venue. You wait a long time for a table, the food is decent but over priced. My wife's food actually came out burnt the first time. We won't be going back.

A hole in the wall type of place with a good vibe. Staff was super friendly and the food was excellent. Had the chicken thighs with double veggies and it was delicious. Great beer selection and good prices.

Had to compromise on a anniversary dinner date verses a lunch date due to the Eagles play off game with the Falcons. That being said, great spot! My burger was cooked perfectly (MR) and the beers were delicious, cold with a beautiful head. I was...More

I am being going to Monk's since more than 20 years. I was back to Philly for work... so naturally I stopped by Monk's Cafe to check things out. Their beer list - locally known as the bible - is impressive and they offer a...More
