The Foodery has a wonderful assortment of beers, ranging from local microbrews, global imports, and major label brands. You can create your own 6-pack, which is always fun. Moreover, the staff is very friendly with a wealth of knowledge about their beers. As the name suggests, the Foodery sells food/snacks, but I've honestly only frequented the shop to discover new... Let me say I'm not a beer drinker but I heard about this place on one of the bus tours, and my friend wanted to check it out. The day we went (July 18th) there was a beer tasting with complementary snacks for each beer. I wasn't expecting to like anything but I'm always up for a try. To my... More

Perfect place for sandwiches and beers with friends. The service was friendly and very professional. I look forward to future visits whenever we're in Philadelphia.

They opened one in Roxborough, so I decided to stop in there. They have a huge selection of beer from all over the world (Japanese, german, etc) They also have great European chocolate and gummi bears for sale! I grew up in Germany, so I was very excited to see them! If you're looking for Rittersport, Kinder schokolade oder Haribo,... More

Good service. Sandwiches are ok, the prices could be a bit cheaper. They seem to be increasing thier prices every couple months. The Foodery on 2nd Street is more friendly, but would like to see better prices there too.

I sure wish this store was in my town. They carry over 500 beers from all around the world, and all age cold.

They had a great selection of beers, but boy were they pricey!! That's the first time I've ever been charged $24 for a six pack!

On our way back up to city center from Pats, Genos, and Cosmi's (I prefer Cosmi's) we walked up thru the italian market strip and stopped in at the house of cheese (de Bruni) - there we picked up olives, salami, cheese - and asked the cheese man what he would pair with our choices...at first he said wine....but when...
