Friendly and efficient service with well prepared dishes. There are many choices of restaurants in Chinatown and this is definitely one of the better ones

I especially love this place because of the old traditional Chinese atmosphere. I find their food to be very good because I enjoy the old country style of Chinese cooking. Connie... The waitress is always very pleasant and very knowledgeable of the menu and foods. Knowing the history of the different dishes makes it enjoyable.

Despite an extensive menu and drinks, Imperial Inn was a snore. Food was "ok" which is not good enough for Chinatown. Went there on a recommendation, but, it was that of an ex-husband. Why would you recommend a restaurant your ex liked? Go to Wong Wong.

Not a fancy one but it has authentic atmosphere and very friendly service. It looks as if it is a family business. As for their plates: decent enough and in generous portions, although I would prefer it if noodles were less oily.

Their soups are good but noodles with pork or veal seems they are fried in an oil which has been in the pan for ages. Prices are low so someone might try different plates.

There is so much going on here that if you don't know what to eat, take a friend who knows. Everything is delicious! They bring a cart around and you pick it from the cart. One thing you need to be careful is that it's not one price, they add up whatever you get from the cart. So, you have... More

This was a family owned establishment for over 35 years. Our food was delicious. A special offering dinner included appetizer, main course and dessert. It was obvious served many locals. Nice atmosphere and attentive staff. Mongolian beef excellent!

I guess maybe we have experienced SF Chinatown restaurants. The menu was the same as any Chinese, broccoli and beef, fried shrimp rolls, etc. I can't even remember what we ordered and ate that's how memorable it was. The decor was nice and the servers efficient.

The shrimp rolls are to die for. Also ordered shrimp and broccoli which was very pleasant because the shrimp were of a large size and succulant!

Tried the steamed shrimp dim sum to start, four pieces, then lemon chicken, mixed specialty with scallop, shrimp, chicken and broccoli and mixed vegies. Rice included. All different flavors. White tablecloth and cloth napkins at dinner. Otherwise pretty standard bright light Chinese restaurant. Local. Would go again.
