I went here with a small group on a business trip. The food everyone received was excellent. The service was fantastic. The restaurant was clean and a good atmosphere. This is a good choice for dinner if you have the chance.

I normally get a steak in the Palms but this time I tried something different and that was the veal parmigiana. When I put the first bite in my mouth I thought I died and went to heaven. The veal was so tender and the...More

After extensive rennovations the Palm is again open. The service is faultless as usual. It is a little smaller than before but attracts a large lunch crowd. It would be advisable to book ahead, to save any disappointment. A look at the kitchen revealed one...More

I took my son out for his 31st birthday to the newly renovated Palm Restaurant in Philadelphia. From the moment you are greeted until the time you leave, you are treated like a visiting ambassador. The service was perfect and the food memorable. I have...More

I can't figure out these negative reviews following the extensive renovation of the bovine shrine on Broad. We found the service and the food to be as good as ever, and the renovations have added a new warmth to the restaurant, particularly the bar being...More

Gary, thank you for those kind words. You are correct, change is good. We listened to our guests and gave them a much better product. Looking forward to seeing a lot of you in the "New" Palm. Paulie

Loved the old Palm, when it closed for renovations we understood and patiently waited it's return. Went there with four ladies from my office and each of us walked away disappointed. The crab cakes I used to get were some of the best in the...More

Whoever implemented the "new" changes should be fired!! You have turned a unique, personable fine dining experience into a glorified chain restaurant. The martinis are smaller, the fabulous chicken parm is smaller, and they no longer split! And the bathroom situation in a fine dining...More

Don't get me wrong, the food and service were both good. There was nothing unacceptable about my visit...nor was there anything to warrant a high rating in it's category. When I compare this premium steak house with the competition such as Flemings, Mortons, Ruths Chris,...More

Yuch! All I can say is yuch! This was once a great restaurant. At least that is what I remembered in the early 80's in Los Angeles. But now it is a tourist trap with hardened fish and mediocre service. The room is garish and...More

Description
Conveniently located in the historic Bellevue on Broad St., adjacent to The Kimmel Center and 3 blocks from City Hall. At The Palm, our philosophy is simple: Treat guests like family, serve great food, and always exceed expectations. That philosophy was born in 1926, when Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi opened the first Palm in New York City, sharing their commitment to quality and generosity of spirit with every guest who walked through their doors. What began as a restaurant became a legend -- a place to not only enjoy an excellent meal but also catch up with old friends, close business deals, and celebrate family milestones. Known for our Prime Aged Steak and Whole Nova Scotia Lobsters, the menu also includes our renowned Italian signature dishes, including Chicken Parmigiana and Veal Martini, as well as an award-winning wine list. We proudly continue our legacy of over 90 years as a favorite gathering place and dining destination for families, friends and business colleagues alike.
