We were seated in the basement room and it was just perfect for our party of 5 friends. Our waiter was exceptional and attentive. We ordered tapas-style and everything they brought to us was scruptious and offered plenty for us to share. The wine choice...More

The mood is busy and vibrant with diners enjoying their selections and wine. It's hard to choose from the many wonderful items. The full range is delicious. They also have a great list of unusual Spanish wines. Highly recommended.

The tapas was very good, many different, good options. My only complaint, it is like you are sitting with strangers, the tables are way too close together. 5 of our 7 plates were great, two were average. Dessert was awesome!!

I am not even sure how to describe this place. It is an excellent Spanish tapas restaurant. Lots of different options and none of them are too large. Just enough to get a taste and then you can try something else. I think 4 items...More

The title says it all... this restaurant has the best tasting food I've had at a restaurant in Philly. I've lived here for six years and my wife and I frequently try new restaurants. It's hard to pick an absolute favorite, but Tinto would definitely...More

I make a point of eating here whenever I'm in town, as the food is consistently the best I've eaten in Philadelphia. If you're looking for high-quality small plates with friendly and knowledgable service, there's no better place. Menu highlights include the smoked Marcona almonds,...More

I am going to Tinto for restaurant week Friday. Was the wine pairing worth it? How many glasses did you get for the additional amount?

You get two glasses of wine - one white with the appetizer and one red with the rest. I prefer full bodied red wine, so in retrospect I might have passed on the white, although the it was good white. It is $35 for the... More
