My son and had the pleasure of eating at Positano Coast on a recent trip to Philadelphia. We were so pleased with the result. The decor is open and airy while being welcoming. The menu was not extensive but had plenty of choices. There was a raw bar and warm appetizer section, pastas selections, and entrees, which were mainly seafood... More

The online menu did match the night's offering, the drinks were highly overpriced, and the artichoke soup (sounded good) had weird chunks of dry chicken with grill marks on it laying at the bottom (???). Totally weird. The seafood portions were very small. Side orders as in a small side of mini potatoes cost 8.00. We would not return.

Discovered this restaurant while walking through the historic district near the Liberty Bell. Wonderful dining experience. Very romantic. Busy!

Modern, European vibe with excellent food and great atmosphere. We have been here many times and although the menu changes periodically we always have a great experience. The lemon drop martini is a big hit.

Make reservations! Busy place. Difficult parking on street and valet expensive. She had striped bass and I had the pasta Bolognese. Great! Entrees are fairly priced...but are ala carte. Alcohol is expensive

Great atmosphere, great food, great drinks! I've been to Positano Coast many times; on dates and with large groups. The service is always great and so is the food. The best is when you are there late and it turns into a club. Drinks & dancing around the bar area. So much fun!

Enjoyed a brief two hour tour. Loved the small shops and eateries. We purchased lots of clothing here and enjoyed a bit if lunch. Also took a stroll along the beach

Buffet for about 100 people. Wonderful appetizers. Attentive service. My wine glass was always full. Usually don't like gnocchi, but these were great. Light, not heavy. Good call by our hosts.

I booked an event at Positano Coast for 43 people--had never been to Philadelphia, but based on location, this was the best choice. Several of us had lived in Italy, near the Positano coast, so I was nervous. I chose one of their buffet menus. Would the pasta be overcooked? I worried for nothing. The food was amazing!!! Even as... More

Definitely will go back. Sad I haven't been sooner. Went with friend from out of town and we ordered a variety of appetizers. Must haves are burrata, spicy calamari, and the baby beet salad. Was disappointed in the lamb sliders - wouldn't recommend those. The place was empty on a Tuesday for lunch so the service was fantastic. If you... More
