Superb food and wine, not cheap but good value for what we had. Menu changes regularly so not much point reviewing what we had, though I was tempted by the vegan pineapple cake with coconut and advo ice cream, it was nearly good enough to convert me! I don't like advo but turn it into ice cream and I am... More

When my wife and I travel down to Philly or DC,, we always stop off at this restaurant. the food always seems to be good and tasty and made with fresh ingredients. The ambiance is pretty good too. Downtown seems to be lacking nice restaurants near the touristy places but this one is comfortable and and well priced. We just... More

Went with six other friends, and they sat us in the back. Smart move on their part, because we were loud and talked politics for a long time. We had a great time. Nice vegetarian options -- and the sampler that I got was OUT OF THIS WORLD. We all split a bottle of wine, and had an amazing time.... More

After a bit of sightseeing in the winter weather, we were lucky to get a booth for 8 people, with various dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free). Everyone was happy with their meals, especially the roasted eggplant canelloni, goat cheese and sourdough sandwich and the tofu dishes.

I've been to FARMiCiA three times with friends now with over a year plus in-between. The food is great for an evening meal. Comfortable seating as well and interesting design. I have not tried their brunch on a weekend. I think the only thing that I was wondering about is why their menu hasn't changed. Maybe it's because they do... More

I had the Yuletide Mule : so delicious Ordered nachos and hummus with cocktails and then placed dinner order. We all had completely different entrees: duck, chicken parm, short ribs and tuna steak...everything was delicious:... More

We have been to Farmicia for both brunch and dinner. They allow BYOB along with offering great brunch cocktails, wine and beer choices. The food is fresh and unique. I've had tender duck, juicy steaks and fun brunch food. The salads, cheese plate and appetizers are all delicious. The staff is attentive.

Enjoyed another delicious meal at Farmicia this past weekend--this time breakfast. The orange juice was fresh, the hot chocolate brimming with thick whipped cream. We had a couple of the breakfast sandwiches which were rated as two thumbs up from our sons. The oatmeal with fresh fruit was excellent, and the bacon, lettuce, tomato, and egg was a great combination.... More

As part of a group brunch, our hostess has chosen Farmicia. What a surprise that was. I chose the Mexican omelet and while it was extremely spicy, it was excellent. Of the nine in the group, there were diverse choices and everyone commented on how good their food was. Also, at 11 am on a Sunday morning, the service was... More
