We ate supper here- food was very good and reasonably priced- this is in the tavern part of the Dobbin House. Very nice atmosphere. Service was good. If going, make sure to get there early as it tends to get crowded.

We met friends here on Sunday at 1:00. The tavern downstairs was open for lunch. When we first entered, it was difficult to see, as the candlelit tables in the underground didn't provide much light, but it was a neat atmosphere and much cooler than...More

The atmosphere, dinner rolls and fresh butter, avocado Louis, duck, pork tenderloin, and special dessert of chocolate raspberry cake was PERFECT. Can't wait to return.

We accidentally went to the Tavern in the basement then found out the dinning room was upstairs. Because of this we enjoyed the ambiance of both. Go down stairs and feel like you are in a 1860's pub. it was lit mostly with candles. we...More

Excellent food, fantastic service and ambience. We were seated upstairs in one of the bedrooms. Servers wore period clothing. Would dine here again when in the area.
