We had dinner there and the ambiance and food were excellent. I had a salad with salmon, and although it wasn't anything super spectacular, I enjoyed my meal. The dining room was the cellar of the 1776 building and it's a beautiful home. We really...More

One of the oldest buildings in town and staff dresses in period clothes. Ate upstairs and enjoyed our meal. Lots of burning candles if that bothers you. Be sure to see the underground railroad exhibit before or after you eat. If you don't have time...More

Went for dinner by myself and went down to the Spring Tavern I sat at the bar, next to some men having a drink dressed as Union soldiers. The whole atmosphere was just really cool. The tavern is mostly lit by candles and is very...More

We had lunch in the atmospheric tavern which sits below ground. Delicious food - loved the crabcake sandwich and sparkling cider. Great ambience with stone walls, big beams, candlelight, rustic touches. Adjacent gift shop. This is a historical site, and there are steep, narrow stairs...More

When I went in October, there was just the one tour daily at 10 a.m. However it is always best to check them directly as schedules can always change.
