May have just been the morning we were there but lady running the cash register seemed to be trying to figure everything out, she wasn't unkind, but flustered, so perhaps that's why she wasn't overly friendly. I had zucchini quiche with bacon, hubby had omelet and both were good. We aren't coffee people so we purchased bottle coca~cola. I bought... More

Decided to stop here for a quick lunch between tours. Walked in gave our order at the counter and grabbed a table. Food was brought out to us when it was ready. Everything was fresh and delicious. I had the mushroom & swiss quiche. The piece was a little small but still good. Mom loved her tuna salad and my... More

This is a cute spot, not fancy, for a casual meal, coffee or bakery items. I had a piece of bacon cheddar quiche which was a bit small but tasty, and my husband had a tuna wrap with good tuna and a pickle. No frills but local feeling and reliable.

We were looking for something fresh and light for a late lunch when we came across the Cranberry. Exactly what we wanted. The waitress was very friendly and the sandwich and salad was very good. We left with a take out order of their great looking Apple Crisp.

Try a local coffee shop with personal service and cozy atmosphere. Homemade goodies. You will join many locals and never be rushed! Try this one instead of a "chain".! It is inside an old restored building not far from the entrance to Vanderbilt Mansion.

Cranberry's is the best place in Hyde Park for a sandwich or a homemade dessert. They have delicious homey things like Molasses cookies, lemon squares and snickerdoodles as well as brownies, pie, etc. Varying fresh soups, salads and coffee varieties. Very popular with the locals.

Cranberry's makes a nice breakfast sandwich and serves excellent coffee blends. They are a little on the pricey side but well worth it in my opinion.

$28 bucks for two sandwiches a Corned beef and a Pastrami 2 sodas and a small cup (spoon full) each of coal slaw and pasta salad. The slaw had a lousy taste and the pasta tasted rancid (neither was eaten), and the sandwiches weren't all that great either I get much better sandwiches with 3 times more meat in a... More

I ordered an egg omelet and it was over cooked and vegetables not so tender. Place is attractive but expensive for what I received.

Great location, but the staff was not friendly. The pastrami sandwiches we had were average. Seems like they were weighing the meat. This is not like a NY deli at all. The side of potato salad was in a plastic ramekin, maybe 2 ounces. Not satisfying for the almost $10 we each paid.
