Great for family or friends. The food is very flavorful. The salads are filling and the tortilla soup is great on a cold day. My favorite by far are the duck tacos on the appetizer menu. They are super spicy and make for a great lunch.

First of all, the acoustics is terrible. It is very noisy, and on top of that, a woman was playing a guitar and singing using a totally loud and unblanced amplifier. When my son asked for a refill of his soft drink, the waitress told him that he had to pay for another drink, and pushed him to get water.... More

We are new to Danville and are trying all the area restaurants. There is also a location in Walnut Creek which we've been to. Honestly I prefer the atmosphere and the service in Walnut Creek over this location. The food is good. We especially enjoy the roasted corn appetizer. Overall our experience here was nothing special.

The portions are plentiful and not greasy. We really enjoy the chile relleno with pork. The habanero sauce is a great compliment to this dish. We order some corn tortillas and a side order of corn off the cob an make delicious tacos. It is truly a treat!

Yes Carlos Santana and his brother are the owners I am told. What a great place with midweek music at 6:30pm , superb drinks and skip dinner and head straight for dessert. The Flan with berries and sauce are a meal in and of itself. Flan is what Love is all about ! Right off Sycamore Canyon exit on Hwy... More

Much better Mexican food in the Tri-Valley folks. Service is OK, but the food is not very good. Good happy hour/after work scene in the spring and summer with lots of good outdoor seating. Great for cocktails and appetizers, but if you want good food go elsewhere.

This was a first visit to this Mexican restaurant. It's a great place to go with friends and the service was excellent. Although the food was not the best Mexican I've had, the presentation and selections were good. I think there are some things associated with Mexican dishes that should be included, namely sour cream. I was surprised that the... More

My wife and were on our way to visit the grandkids and needed a place to stop for lunch. A friend recommended Maria Maria, so we decided to stop there. It was a Sunday around 1:00. It wasn't crowded and we were seated right away. When we walked in I thought there was nice piped in music. To my surprise... More

This place is really nice, beautiful restaurant and if you eat in the patio the views of Las Trampas hills is gorgeous. They even have beautiful live music in the evenings... but unfortunately the food is very disappointing! I was there with a friend for dinner and we order some of the pricier dishes, such as the Prawns and other... More
