I visited Copeland's for dessert only. It was 8:30pm. The restaurant closes at 10:00pm Having been to New Orleans and enjoyed beignets at Cafe du Monde, all I wanted was an order of beignets with a cup of New Orleans coffee. The only beignet on the menu was filled with crabmeat. And to further add to the disappointment, no New... More

Visited this location for their Sunday brunch. The buffet is filled with many of the New Orleans treats we have had or seen. I skipped the buffet bar and opted for their salmon cobb salad because of my small appetite. To my surprise the salad was huge and very filling. My guy had catfish stuffed with crab meat and he... FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD!!! This was my first time here. I was visiting Jacksonville for work and took my team out to dinner. Copeland's was highly recommended and I love Cajun/ new Orleans style food. We got seated right away. Since it was happy hr we ordered two appetizers- spinach dip w/ fried bow pasta. It was ok, instead... More

Fun restaurant. Varied menu. I had the ribs and they were so tender, they fell off the bone. Jon was an excellent server. Looking forward to coming back for Sunday brunch.

Used to be one of my favorite places to visit. Unfortunately the service here has gone downhill lately. My wife and I visited Copeland's, there was a 10 minute wait. After being seated the server came up to us to alert us that he will get to us soon. We could see he was busy. After we ordered our drinks... More

We went for lunch. The interior and food were fine. Prices reasonable. Large portions. We found nothing objectionable but also nothing special to recommend it. The food was heavy and not super special. It's fine, but I don't think I'd go back.
