Fulio's was one of several Astoria restaurants recommended to us by our Hotel concierge. What a wonderful choice. Beautiful , well-appointed downtown restaurant. Service was outstanding and we were delighted with our entrees. Nice wine selection and reasonable, mid-range prices. Highly recommended.

I had lost track of Fulio's in the surge of good dining places here recently (last 3-4 years), & had not heard much about it. My wife & I went a few weeks ago & discovered it has changed hands & definitely has been livened up! The menu is similar to the previous version, but the food seems to stand... More

We were looking for a different place than our usual for lunch and tried Fulio's on a recommendation of a friend. We were greeted by a very friendly gentleman and given our choice of tables. The decor is very nice and welcoming and the seating comfortable. Unfortunately the gentleman who welcomed us was not our server. Our server was not particularly... More

We stopped here on a whim. It is in the Liberty Theater area downtown. Fortunately it was a rainy Tuesday and there were ample places to park on the street. We were the only ones there for a bit as it was late afternoon. The server was great and the food came fast! And the spaghetti Ragu (meat sauce) that... More

A very pleasant surprise to Astoria is this exciting modern comfortable pastaria. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, specials and finite cuisine questions we had. The dishes are elegant and well portioned and very reasonably priced. Looking forward to our next opportunity for dinner.

We love this place. All you can eat butter clams on Thursday evening! That's why we went to begin with, but we also tried the pasta (Rigaoni Salsa Rosa) and grilled Caesar salad = devine! The next day we visited for dessert and had the lemon cheesecake. My husband is not a cheesecake fan but loved it. We came back... More

The local pizzeria turned us off, so we redirected ourselves to this little pastaria, and were pleasantly surprised. Two dishes of yummy pasta (more than we could finish), olives, and a wonderful tiramisu sorted us right out. We left full and happy. Service was excellent, although the restaurant was not very busy on a cold and windy Wednesday night. Highly... More

The owner is a family friend so I'm biased but, the steaks are the best in town!! This is an Italian restaurant so the sauces are superb! Pasta dishes extraordinary and steamer night is a big deal! Be sure to call ahead for steamers as the run out occasionally due to popularity! Tell Pete Lee & Paulette referred you! I... More
