Interesting little store with reasonable prices for a quick lunch. Tasty, hefty sandwiches made quickly. We didn't have any problems with alterations of the menu items. Service was friendly and efficient. The chicken noodle soup was exceptional... almost perfect. Not open for dinner!

Stopped for lunch. The guy behind the counter was "no nonsense" - One of our party wanted a different sandwich from what was on offer on the chalkboard. He was out of luck and recalibrated! Funny for those who were watching from the sidelines. Once we picked our sandwich options they were made fresh and were excellent. Ate outside in... More

Stopped here while on a tour and had eve meal on our own. Had been eating so much, wanted something a little lighter! This fit the bill. I had Jalapeno Potato Soup and a slice of cheese. $1.99 for soup and cheese was not enough to weigh, so it was free! Good assortment of deli products as well as drinks... More

Don't even bother stopping in Marfa, stop in Ft. Davis for friendly folks and great food! We had the Nitro coffee - well done! We ate the breakfast tacos and a jalapeño biscuit with egg, bacon & cheese. Flavorful and filling. The grocery overall was nice to walk through and see good quality food for a fair price. Again, a... If you want the best sandwich go to the Stone Village Market. They have the best of everything in a sandwich. Well worth the stop for lunch.

Several blogs and reviews spoke highly of this place and the sandwiches and salads were at the top of the list, so when we visited Fort Davis and decided to have a Picnic Lunch while hiking the Chihuahuan Desert Trail, we stopped here for sandwiches and drinks. I didn't realize it would have a great section of natural and fresh... More

This is a little oasis in Fort Davis. Has a nice selection of food and drink, plus you can get salads, sandwiches, coffee to go, or eat in. There's one table inside and a bunch of tables on the front porch. We stopped in a few times while staying in FD. Tried the chicken salad and it was delicious. We... More

Stone Village Market is a little sandwich shop and market that features quality sandwich fare and lots of baked goods that are really good as well. There are lots of choices for breads and meats and the place has a really friendly vibe, there is even some outdoor seating.

The friendliest two guys in West Texas! Great variety of natural groceries and fresh food. Experienced a beautiful sunrise while enjoying our breakfast tacos.

Good sandwich and salad bar. We ate lunch here every day we were in Fort Davis. They have indoor or outdoor seating.
