I had the Chesapeake omelette at this restaurant, was so delicious. Service was quick. The bar staff was very informative and on their game. Strongly recommend this restaurant.

Got into Baltimore and checked into our hotel around 6:30. Wanted to eat dinner nearby so that we could get back to our room to watch the Olympics opening ceremony at 8:00. The restaurant was not very crowded. We were seated by the bar on...More
Ate at the B&O American Brasserie for breakfast for the first time. Not all that impressed with somewhat slow service and what tasted like a frozen bagel that had been toasted. Pretty average fare with a limited menu. Although the location in the Hotel Monaco...More

B&O is more Belgian brasserie than american with a delicious menu and great service. They have a quieter upstairs loft like dining area which was perfect for the business meeting that we were having.

The restaurant is within the Hotel Monaco. We made a reservation on Open Table My wife had the wedge salad and I had the crab bisque soup. For entrees we had the trout and the scallops. The cauliflower was yummy as were the entrees.

This is a typical hotel restaurant. The food is good and they have a nice selection. Nothing special but not bad for a quick breakfast.More
