I was very sad by the end of our meal at the diner. We went on a Saturday night after a show. The staff was good and cleaned a table for us. But then things got bad. The waitress explained they were out of hot dogs, meatloaf, turkey and fish. ( We should have left then). We ordered ginger ale... More

About a year ago this establishment was my husband and my favorite places to eat. We'd go here at least once a month for lunch, dinner, dessert. Unfortunately they changed, I don't know May be the owners- managers? Not sure. I am sure our last three visits have been a mess and very unsatisfactory. Service slow and clueless. Forgotten orders,... More

On a Sunday for lunch, my friends and family of 5 (including my 5 year old son) sat down thinking this would be delicious and fun for my son. Little did we know that we would be ignored for 20 minutes and then insulted. Prior to this, we listened as the waitress working there lamented loudly to every customer who... More

My cousin and I enjoyed the Vegan Chilli and Fish and Chips so much, we put in a second order while we enjoyed Milk Shakes our fathers would have enjoyed. First, though, while the Lost City Diner has fries, which have been bragged about, their fish is truly worthy of a shout-out! The crust was crisp and tasty, while the... More

I have been to this diner a number of times, and it offers a nostalgic 40's/50's atmosphere including old movie posters and ancient comics that you can borrow and read. The sandwiches/ burgers tend to be tasty. They specialize in old fashioned shakes and malts. They also offer vegetarian and vegan options through the menu. We always come with the... More

It's an old school type diner with real comfort food. Hip place with creative food names, Comic books and old booths. I'm not vegan, but lots of vegan choices which seem to be popular and sell out quickly. It's right across from Charles Theater, so a great place to go after the theater to argue about the philosophies of whatever... More

Entertaining decor, friendly staff, and awesome breakfast dishes. I had the banana pancakes with peanut butter and they were out of this world! Definitely worth the trip.

We have visited here several times, the food did take a while to cook but arrived really hot and fresh. Great menu, allow extra time if you want to read the whole thing. My daughter loves the shakes especially their specialty flavors. Fun decor.

Wow, wow, wow. The first three words that come to my head after visiting Lost City Diner. I wish I lived closer because I would be a local for sure at this diner. For those who dont know, it is a diner that is mostly vegan with a smaller choice of regular food choices- ie: cheese, meat, fish meals. Great... More
