We went for dinner at 10PM. It is located in one of the entrances to the Inner Harbor close to the Hard Rock Cafe. The food and the service was excellent. We had the house sangria that was very refreshing.

We loved the fish tacos and crab cakes we had. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere and location were great.

My friends and I went here for dinner, and sat on the crab deck near the water. I had the crab leg meal and a local craft beer called Baltimore pale ale (I believe). The food was served fairly quick, the beer was very good,...More

Took us way too long to be served. They also forgot my husband's mixed drink. They did offer to get one for him, but he said, "Nevermind." The food was edible. Nothing to write home about. Fairly priced . Wish I had something better to...More

We ate at the deck, which is outside. It was hot, and we waited 45 minutes. I got the crab cakes, which were very good, but small -- I was still hungry when we left. My husband had the crabs, which he said were delicious,...More

Decided to stop in and eat while waiting for my entry time to the National Aquarium. I had the mini-crab cakes, which come with crispy chips, and a side of brussel sprouts. Both were very good. I also had a loaded bloody mary...it came with...More

We (myself, my husband, our toddler son, and a friend) came here following a visit to the inner harbor for lunch. We had been here before a few years ago on another visit to Baltimore and were happy with our meal. Another reason we chose...More

I was told some places are better, but everything I tried here was good, and it is a local place unlike the chain restaurants in the same area. Neat place.

I visited Phillips Seafood on a Tuesday evening around 6:00pm and the place was busy – both inside and in the outside dining area, known as the “crab deck.” The location is on the Baltimore waterfront and convenient from most of the downtown hotels. Although...More

There was a sign on the door facing the street that said Valet parking, but no one was manning it. I'd call before you go

Description
Classic Casual Dining: Phillips' new Baltimore location is an exciting and easy blend of vintage and modern, with a nod to the longstanding tradition of Phillips restaurants. Phillips at the Power Plant sits directly on the water, just a few steps away from the old Light Street Pavilion location, in the iconic renovated Power Plant industrial building. The innovative redesign of the interior by Carl Myers and Marcie DeLaRosa shows off gleaming, rich woods and jewel toned stained glass fixtures, distressed finishes and antiqued mirrors juxtaposed with a modern, open kitchen.
