After coming here for probably 10-12 years I think it is time to write a review. Of all the restaurants I have been to in 18 years of living in Maryland, this is the one I like best. It is where I take my out of town friends. The food is fresh and delicious and authentic Greek. Samos has the... More

Samos always has a line of folks waiting, so we go there early. We love their food, always fresh, with mouth-watering feta. It has a loyal clientele that keeps coming back.

Samos provides very authentic Greek food and so we had to wait some time, because the place is popular with the locals. You have to bring your own wine or beer.

When I was a little girl (45 years ago) my dad would take me to this restaurant. The owner still cooks most days and the food has gotten even better over the years. I loved it when they expanded. Special memories, fabulous food, and nice people. One of the first places restaurants I take all my out of town friends!

A perpetual favorite for really good greek food. It is a small hole in the wall and REQUIRES CASH, but worth the stop.

Great greek food, fun atmosphere on side street in Greektown. Go early or late, or on an off night but still expect a line and a wait. it's a small space with only a handful of tables so it fills up quickly. It's byob. The souvlaki is excellent, as is the tzatziki. Had a fabulous fish dish - one of... More

I have been to Samos a few times and they really do have the best Greek food in Baltimore, and this is one of those places where it seems like everything they serve is good. The only bad part is that they do not take credit cards (cash only). The bathrooms are OK, but just OK. You have to park... More

If you like Greek food this is the place to go in Baltimore. Prices are reasonable, the food is great. The staff is always very nice. A great place to get lunch with friends or family. You can not go wrong. I live over an hour away but make the trip a few times a year.

Samos is a favorite of mine. The restaurant is located in Greektown in two adjacent row houses at the end of a city block. They don't take reservations or credit cards so be prepared to pay in cash. It is not fancy so dress very casually and plan to wait in line during peak meal times. It doesn't have an... More

It doesn't take plastic and you may have to stand in line, but the food is worth the wait. Get a little bit of everything. The restaurant is located a block off the main Greek Restaurant row. Everything is good.
