I don't eat meat. But everyone I travel with are BBQ addicts. This was our first stop in Savannah. The vegetable plate is out of this world. That meat smells really good, too. Don't miss!

This is the best barbecue in the Southeast. It has great sauces and all the meat choices. The sides are also good with great selection.

This small restaurant isn't fancy, but their barbecue and Brunswick Stew will have you coming back again. Whether you order a plate of pork and chicken or a sandwich of some type, you will be licking your fingers and eating every bite on the plate. If the weather is nice, there are a few tables outside. The ones inside are... More

I have been a competition BBQ judge for years and that has spoiled me for most all commercial BBQ. Not a snob on this...just have been fortunate to tasted some of the best of the best and most commercial is just not so good to me and I usually avoid it. The pork sandwich today was some of the best... More

Visit the Sandfly or Savannah location for a great BBQ sandwich or plate. The ribs are meaty and delicious. Be sure to try the sides

Great pulled pork, collards and Brunswick Stew. Ran out of ribs by 6, but more than made up for it. Also a good selection of local brews.

This tiny "hole-in-the-wall" BBQ place in the Sandfly Community of Savannah is well known for it's great tasting authentically produced barbecue, and it did not disappoint. I was happy to pay the .50 extra for the "inside cut" of pulled pork - it was succulent and the side items were delicious also, especially the sweet potato fries. Some of the... More

Great food for a hole in a wall eatery! Wonderful smells when we walked in the Bar B Q spot! Lots of choices, plenty food to eat. The staff helped answer questions regarding all choices on the menu. Perfect sandwich spot to eat and enjoy Savannah bar-be-que!

We ordered the huge mega combo. I forget what it is called. Pork, chicken, brisket, sausages, and ribs with two sides, two pieces of Texas toast. They were out of ribs, so we ordered extra pork. The pork was some of the best that I've eaten. They lightly sauce the meat, and give you extra sauce. The mild is sweet... More
