We love Mexican food, but this was basically chain type food that lacked any real flavor. Either our server was new or just didn't know how to handle a party of 6. She mixed up our order, forgot to get our drinks and barely checked on us during dinner.. The place was not busy at all, so that should have... More

Loved this good cheap Mexican restaurant in downtown. Closed it doors on 12/30 /15 with no advance notice. Ate there quite often. It will be sadly missed. RIP.

Juarez Mexican Restaurant is a local spot downtown Savannah. I could not ask for better. Great chips and homemade salsa. Meals were excellent and the service was great. To top it off, you get great value for your meal. This is a regular place for us.

Okay, this might not be the most attractive restaurant but the food was good and the service fast. Granted, we walked in at 9pm well beyond the normal rush. The fish tacos I had were great - fresh and hot off the grill. The build in bar across the wall is interesting as is the mural. Juarez is at the... More

We have driven past this restaurant downtown many times and FINALLY stopped in. Sorry that we had not eaten there sooner. The food was great and flavorful. Nice sized portions and well priced. The decor is older Mexican cantina which is great. THE best part that everyone should try- THE PANCHO VILLA MARGARITA! It is HUGE! And if you cannot finish... Took for ever to be seated and then no one cared if we were waited on or not. I can. This would not be the Mexican restaurant I would recommend.

If you want a great Mexican meal that the locals go to this is your place. Heard about it through word of mouth. Visited during Easter week. All the major restaurants were out the door wait times. Hardly anybody here and just fantastic food. Always busy with locals.

Me and my husband decided to try a different Mexican restaurant in Savannah. We saw there was a coupon on living social $20 on food for $10 . By the way we are both Hispanics ( Colombian & Mexican),and know authentic good Mexican food when we eat it , were foodies. When we got there the interior looks nice ,... More
