Ben I am appalled this happened to you. Not the kind of service we strive to offer and definitely a huge error on our part! I have a feeling you were in on Friday, April 5th. We had a service challenge that day that has...More

The Bistro is a delicious hidden gem that I reviewed last year, we had different food this time that I wanted to share. A lovely quiet setting down the side street of Wright Square, we have never had to wait for a table longer than...a couple of minutes. Wait staff are delightful, genuinely concerned that you enjoy your food! The owners have always been present too, serving food i the bistro or selling a cake at the entrance. Delicious food, great vegetarian choices, more than enough food on the plate. Their homemade chips are delicious!More

We were delighted to find this hidden gem! It is one of the best dining experiences we have had since Covid and our party of 4 all agreed it was such a great experience because it felt like we were eating at a friends house...even though this was our first time here. From the very first phone call with Michael reserving a table, to Todd, the other owner who is the chef checking on us and making sure we we were happy with everything to our waiter (sorry....didn't catch his name but he was friendly and personable!). I knew from the first conversation that this should be a great place to take friends who haven't been to Savannah before. They accommodated our request to sit outside because we are travelling with a dog and they change the menu every few weeks so the menu reflects what is in season. We all thought the house wines were great, and reasonably priced and the house salad served with the meal was quite large and tasty with a few ingredients, but that is all that was needed. The entrees were all delicious and the perfect sized portions. We hardly ever write reviews but this special little restaurant deserves it! We will definitely come back and I feel like it would be nice to see our new "friends", Michael & Todd! Best wishes for continued success and thank you for a wonderful experience!More

This is a really terrific place. We went there for a lunch (meatloaff and coconut cake for dessert) and dinner(steak frite and a blueberry "bar" for desert). Both terrific. Fully plated, and very reasonably priced. The owners (host and chef) couldn't be more friendly. Lovely,...homey bistro atmosphere. A must meal in SavannahMore

We had the best dinner of our week-long vacation in Savannah at this lovely bistro. The food was fantastic, matched only by the graciousness of the hosts and server and the relaxing ambience. I couldn’t recommend this spot more highly.

What a wonderful surprise on a side street near River street. My husband and I met for a late lunch in this clean, quaint eatery. We had the shrimp and corn chowder bowl. It was teaming with shrimp, corn, potatoes in a creamy base. We...then had quiche and salad. I enjoyed the broccoli cheese quiche and my husband had the sausage and caramelized onion quiche. Both were in a delicious, flaky crust. Oh my! How good. The salad was huge for a side salad and they had a variety of dressings, but we chose the onion vinaigrette. We could not finish it all and had to get a take out box. Again, top notch place with excellent service. We will be back.More

Loved Wright Square Bistro! Fresh, healthy food in generous portions, and a good selection of vegetarian options. Super cute atmosphere -- quaint, eclectic, and artsy at the same time. Good and friendly service. We had a wonderful salad with candied pecans and cotija, the Fredo...sandwich, a broccoli cheddar quiche, the deviled egg trio and a delicious cold brew coffee. Got some lemon squares and cookies to go.More

Sunday brunch on our first full day of Savannah vacation—we happened on the Wright Square Bistro and had a thoroughly enjoyable meal. I had the sausage quiche, and Southern Waldorf salad. The quiche was perfect—flaky crust, and silky egg with mild but flavorful sausage. The...real highlight for me, though, was the salad. It was a large plate, greens topped by hot grilled pear and apple halves, blueberries, raisins, grapes, goat cheese, candied walnuts with a crispy brown sugar crust, and a slightly lemony, creamy dressing. It was utterly delicious. My partner had the Brunswick stew with ciabatta bread, which was also delicious. The dessert list was lengthy—including many flavors of cheesecake and key lime pound cake. We wanted one of everything but opted for pineapple upside down cake—also quite good. We’re here for a week and will likely go back for another meal before we head home. Highly recommended!More

Came here for lunch with our daughter. Cute atmosphere. We had grilled chicken Caesar salad, bistro burger and fried fish sandwich. All were very well prepared. Chips that came with the sandwich were homemade and crispy. Excellent fries with the burger. Really nicely prepared. I...will say that the burger was slightly too salty for me but not so much that I couldn’t enjoy it! Would definitely come back. Maybe we’ll have room to try the delicious looking desserts!!More

Our tour of the Juliette Low Birthplace Museum ran into the Friday lunch hour, so the two more popular midday dining options that I had chosen for my wife & myself each filled up before we were ready to dine. A subsequent search on "Restaurants...near me with outdoor dining" yielded Wright Square Bistro less than 2 blocks away on a low traffic street, so we agreed to give it a try. It appears their business leans toward the wine & cheese crowd, with the bulk of lunch orders coming from carry-out customers. The food prep area is small, and I surmised they had inexperienced staff that was having trouble keeping up. It took well over a half hour between ordering at our sidewalk table & being served (going inside to see what the hold up was after a generous 30 minute wait); but once served, the sandwich & house salad we split were very good & generous in sizes with fresh ingredients. So with the caveat of allotting extra time for your meal stop, we would recommend Wright Square Bistro for an enjoyable lunch outing in an out-of-the-way Historic Savannah neighborhood.More

Far enough away from the crazy tourist filled streets but close enough to those streets to carry on being a tourist when you've eaten! Absolutely delicious homemade food, the perfect bite for a long day of walking! The Fredo (basically grilled cheese), a reuben, the...double burger, sides of housemade chips and fries plus a delicious mimosa where the fruit component was a frozen cube of peach! Everything was delicious. Would highly recommend Wright Square Bistro!More

For lunch, an early dinner, or Sunday brunch, you can't go wrong with a visit to Wright Square Bistro. The cheese board itself is worth going for, a treat for your eyes as well as your taste buds. Everything on the menu looked appealing, so...we had lots to choose from. Tod, one of the owners, was our primary server, and offered suggestions and special treats to make our meal more memorable. Avoid the more heavily trafficked places downtown and treat yourself to a special meal focused on local foods from local purveyors. You won't regret it!More
