My first visit to 21 West End was for a birthday dinner in a private room. The food was delicious, but don't plan on leaving full unless you order more than one course. Our waiter was extraordinarily attentive. He did a bang up job, with...More

One of my favorite places to eat, period - not just in Ft. Smith. The brie is insanely good, the chicken is not just chicken, the 21 steak is always seasoned and cooked perfectly and the mushroom risotto...yass!

Taken here during a business trip to Fort Smith. Great service with a knowledgeable waiter. Melt in your mouth steak with burgundy glaze. All you need. Reasonably priced wine. Good atmosphere with a reasonable crowd in for a Wednesday night.

It's a nice restaurant, but not pretentious. Casual - dressy is usually the way I go. I don't think reservations are required, but they can be busy, so it definitely wouldn't hurt to make a reservation. Hope this helps.

I'm certain there is a wine list. There is a magnificent martini bar. When we eat there, we see everything from jeans to semi formal. On holiday season nights, dress seems dressy. Id say work street clothes are the norm.
