Went for a Sunday brunch and had the mushroom tartine. The portion was huge and could easily have been half the size. Good coffee, juice and croissant and a very beautiful and popular location

The sandwiches, salads, and pastries are great. Service can be slow so expect to wait even if you order and come in to pick up 20 minutes later (I was told that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes). The outdoor seating is a plus...More
My friends and I stopped in here right as they were closing up in hopes to get a croissant. Sadly, they had sold out of them, but we ended up getting a chocolate berry tart as well as a pecan bar, both of which were...More
This bakery/cafe is simply wonderful! It is open and airy - and has outdoor seating as well. They have a huge selection of croissants and pastries (the almond croissant that I got was delicious). Thier hot breakfasts are also very good (my Shakshuka was notable)....More
While visiting family in Boston, we stopped here for lunch. Excellent variety of choices; very good food and coffee. We had three lunch items: vegetable quinoa bowl, fattoush salad, and Turkey BLAT(bacon, lettuce, avocado & tomato) sandwich. Each was delicious. Bakery desserts are irresistible. Outstanding...More
Tatte is great for buying pastries or for brunch or lunch (try the shakshuka with meatballs), but it's almost always packed. If you can manage to snag a table, particularly outside, it's a great way to get a little feeling of sitting in a European...More
An unexpected treasure between Coolidge Corner, Brookline and Back Bay, Boston. It may be one of only two bakeries that bake the decidedly french Kouign-amann pastry - similar to a muffin top shaped carmelized croissant. (The other Is Joanne Chang's bakery Flour.) Outdoor seating is...More
It's always hard to get a seat here, but the food is fabulous - fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I especially love the Green & Nutty Salad and the shakshuka!
It was a very crowded place, so much so I didn't even attempt to get a seat (very small place, too). Having any food from the kitchen took quite a while in my estimation, but it was very good when it came out. Just hope...More
Cute are close to the Boston public gardens, delicious coffee and brunch. They have outdoor seating and write the menu on chalkboards. Recommended as a walk in.
