We are locals but this was our first time visiting this restaurant - heard about it from a barista in town. The dining area is very small, but the food was fantastic. Items that really stick out were the fries, pasta, and burger from our visit. They have a fun menu that has variety that should appeal to most all visitors. We plan on going back again for sure.

Family favorite. I can never help myself and usually buy one of her desserts. They're always so good. We also love her fries and everything else she has 💞🌺
Today we had a side of fries ($7 today) and S'more Fudge Brownie 🤤💌 I love the amount and taste of her fries, seriously. The best fries 💐😁

This was the first good food we had after a series of pretty bad experiences in Fairbanks. It wasn't the best of the trip, but it was pretty solid. My sandwich was somewhat unique, and I enjoyed it, but in the end it was nothing too special. The menu looked great, and I'd definitely want to try a few more things from it.

I am still sick to my stomach as is my wife. We threw most of it away. I hate McDonlads, but MY GOD... ANY McDs is better than Blue Roof. It should be Blue Barf! Limp, soggy, greasy fries with the most disgusting amount of "flavored salt" The burger was so salty that my cheeks are still burning. Even crappy, inconsistent Brewsters is better. I have to believe that all of these positive reviews are buddies! No one who likes food would want to eat here twice! RUN do not walk to get McDs or a gas station chicken sandwich before you waste a ton o money on this swill! I really mean that it is the WORST food in Fairbanks by a MILE!

We enjoyed lunch here today and thoroughly enjoyed it. The bistro is pleasant and light filled with the sunroom, which I enjoyed a lot. The service was especially helpful and friendly and engaging; She made me want to return. On top of that the food was fresh and delicious. The quesadillas, black bean dip and their homemade fries with chipotle ketchup and ranch dressing were all winners. There was nothing that was not to like. Definitely recommended.

I had a day to kill and a lunch and to fill while waiting for a late flight in Fairbanks. I wanted something fresh, tasty, and with good gluten free options. This spot was exactly what I was hoping for. Nice atmosphere, plenty of light in their atrium, super friendly service and so many great sounding, gluten free options—from sandwiches to tacos to burgers to pasta to salads.
I went with the chips & salsa & guacamole—the salsa & guac were fresh made & very good.
Then I had the Union Chez Burger. Yum. Fried leaks, crispy bacon, garlic Mayo. They also come with cheese and butter, but being dairy free, I skipped those. I also asked for some Chipotle Ketchup and it was great.
The homemade blueberry salad dressing on a side salad was also an especially fresh and tasty delight.
My only “complaint” was that my table was super wobbly and caused my drink to spill…but that’s a small issue.
I wish this place was closer to home so I could try all the other options.

Everyone in our family of 5 got something different and we all were very happy with our choices. The pasta dishes, salmon sliders, burger and salad were all delicious and portions were plentiful. The hard working lady who took our order, brought out the food, bussed the tables and refilled our waters (sorry didnt get her name) was incredibly efficient and super friendly. We so appreciated all the local tips she provided too! We would definitely eat here again next time we are in Fairbanks.

We were searching for a different place for dinner and we found a gem. It is a very small restaurant with a small menu. Everything on their menu looked good, fresh and homemade.
I ordered the garlic grilled cheese and my friend ordered a cheeseburger. You had multiple sides to choose from, but we both went with the fresh cut fries dusted in bacon salt. You had a choice of buttermilk ranch or chipotle ketchup. We had the ranch. I am not a potato fan, but the fries were delicious. I could not stop eating them. One of the employees brought over their ketchup saying it was her favorite and to try it.
My friend wanted try their desserts so she got a slice of German Chocolate cake and Strawberry Cheesecake cake to go. Did I mention she never offered to share??
I highly recommend this little bistro when in Fairbanks.

Gem of Fairbanks. We were traveling through Alaska and found this place on Google. The menu is unique and the food didn't disappoint. Everything we tried was amazing and everything else we saw delivered to every other table looked incredible. The bacon salt on the fries was insanely good.
The staff was also incredible and accommodating considering we showed up just a little before closing time.
The greenhouse environment was super cool too.

We loved the variety of healthy and delicious food!
A lot of GF and vegan options. I had a fresh salad but the Smoked Salmon Sliders w/pickled onions on small brioche buns was a standout!!!
Our server Sterling was warm, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I went for lunch here and I have been here multiples times, each time I am impressed with the services and the food. The wait time is pretty fast for a busy lunch restaurant. I will sat that the parking lot needs a little work tons of bumps/dips.

Six of us ate here on June 30. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Service was friendly. The picnic table in the dirt parking lot wasn’t wonderful but was grateful to be able to enjoy a meal together outside on a beautiful night. Pricing very reasonable for high quality meals.

Visited Fairbanks with my husband in July. We chose this restaurant for lunch based on good reviews and the menu. It did not disappoint! The penne pollo was delicious. The cookie crust brownie was good too.

My son took me here for lunch while I was visiting him in Fairbanks. The food was delicious, I especially enjoyed the French fries.

Cute little restaurant…..visited for lunch! Very busy…few tables! Our hamburger and BLT were both very good ….french fries were crunchy and delicious! Friendly staff…prompt service!
