After walking the Brooklyn bridge from Manhatten, this was a nice place to sit outside han have a drink. We didn't eat anything here, so I can't say anything about the food. We went inside to see, and the place looked nice. The toilette looked nice and clean too.

Walked across the Brooklyn Bridge intending to go to Grimaldi's or Julianna's but the lines were far longer than we were willing to wait in. Just down the street we found this place - no line, table for 4 outside available immediately- so we went for it. I can't say it was terrible - just not terribly good. Notable in... More

We arrived in DUMBO after a busy day of sightseeing, and did not want to line up for the pizza restaurants nearby. We spied an alfresco table at this restaurant, and decided to take it. We were not disappointed! We enjoyed beautiful pasta dishes, stunning views of Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge, and attentive service. Highly recommended!

This traditional Italian eatery is in a great, convenient spot on the waterfront in DUMBO, and combines the charm of a NYC neighborhood restaurant with a delightful and clean ambience. The jukebox played great 60s and 70s tunes all night while we enjoyed the standard Italian fare: shrimp linguine, sauteed chicken breast. If you are looking for something adventurous on... More

The place has the best gnocchi I've ever tasted! The service and waitstaff was very welcoming and accommodating.

Agree with so-so food. Yes, the lines at the other restaurants in the area are long but there were plenty of tables here. I think the pasta would have been the best choice as the sauce with the read was very good. Unfortunately I dd not order any. The decor is very eclectic!

Although you're in NYC, the prices were a bit steep for what we got. Food was good and service was good. Limited menu though.

We arrived here today and all restaurants had a queue except this one. As we were on a timetable, we made the mistake of going here. The pasta with marinara sauce was stuck together with sauce globbed on the top. The Panini bread was burnt but still served, while the complimentary bread was not that fresh. Pretty much a tourist... An institution at the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge, where the wait can be long so people watchers love the place. There are other options if you are in a hurry. A group of us planned to attend one of the concerts in the park later, so watching, waiting and finally eating was all in good order. The restaurant is... More

Excellent pasta dishes with incredible sauces, reasonably priced, very good wine list, really nice setting and attentive friendly staff. All in all a very comfortable relaxed dining experience.
