We were in the area for a meeting with our accountant, who lives in this pretty fancy enclave of huge houses in the middle of Brooklyn. A friend who lives in the area gave us the name of this restaurant, along with three others. We were finished with the accountant at three o'clock, which means we had little choice other... More

Our group ranged from a 6 year old to a 70 year old and we all enjoyed our meal! The cauliflower salad and fava bean hummus were especially good, as were the punchim and turkish coffee to finish. Small but clean, clean restroom, helpful but not intrusive server.

Mimi’s Hummus is like none other for its deliciously, creamy mouth feel, not to mention great flavor. No wonder new locations keep popping up around NYC. Needless to say the cost of dining low while satisfaction is way high. Especially joyed the Branzino (fish) bowl for it perfect preparation and taste. Can’t get enough of the Fava Bean Hummus but... Mimi's is the best restaurant in a neighborhood of awesome restaurants. Reliable, delicious, and unique food. Highly recommend to neighbors and other NY'ers.

For a great Israeli breakfast or lunch, this is a wonderful place to go. Portions are good and food delicious. I love Shashuka and the one here is one of the best in NY.

I'm not sure if this is another store but the hummus is very fresh. It's the best tasting so far. I ordered the kebab pita pocket and since it took so long for my dish, they gave me a free dessert. It was very nice of them. The place is very cleaned too. Good service.

The hummus here really is special, both in taste and texture. The other dishes are also excellent, including the kebabs, beets, and cauliflower. Glad to see Mimi's opened near Union Square in Manhattan (which we visited).

Humungous portions of truly delicious Hummus, the next time I am going for the spiced hummus varietal the looked delectable and was demolished post haste by the people at the adjoining table..I had the regular one this time, and it was lip smacking .. I am a really biased Shakshuka reviewer, having made the David Lebovitz recipe numerous times with... More

On the sunny side of the street, it's an especially pleasant place to be when it's too cool to sit out. The limited menu is very tasty and service is great.

Me and my wife stopped over for late lunch and ordered few dishes. What a disaster... Hummus with mushrooms (mushrooms were cold) the tea was week and cold (we had to ask for hot water and a new tea bag) We were told that the tea was made the day before... Side of cauliflower was so small you could hardly... More
