There was often a huge queue when I visited. Did get in twice and the food was quite good but cakes were huge. There was a fight in the toilet queue when I was there and the staff just ignored it.

This was the worst Panera that I've been to. The place was a complete mess. Tables were covered with food and empty drinks. The employees were walking around and saw the tables but didn't clean them. We ordered a bacon turkey bravo sandwich and the must have given us the end pieces of bread because the bread was tiny. The... More

This is a great change of pace from often overpriced and flavor lacking hotel dining options. This is a traditional Panera Bread with traditional soups and salads that are prepared to order. Food was fresh, great tasting, and efficient.

The food is average and the staff are friendly enough. The self service coffee is refillable. There is additional seating upstairs. Wouldn't go again.

None of us wanted a big breakfast so we decided to go with an old stand by. This Panera is a half a flight down to the counter and then a flight and a half up to most of the seating in the back of the building. The seating area was reasonably clean but dark and overlooking a trash filled... More

Let me say this is the slowest Panera. it seemed like the employees did not have a clue what was going on. I watched several customers complain about receiving improper orders. The manager seemed to have to hover over employees and the service was not acceptable. This is the worst Panera I have been to, and I don't think I... More

All I can say is we have eaten at Panera before and its ok if you are looking for some run in the mill food. The bread is usually hard and gross (funny that their name is "Panera") and the soups are basically watery microwaved junk. Also most things they serve appear to be heated in the microwave. Its a... Nasty servers, useless manager! I'm here at least 3 times a week. Never again! I was accused of touching the bread in the basket (which I never even came close) and was yelled at!

When visiting new places, we like to have some meals at places which will provide dependably good service. This Panera did just that. What makes your visit great is the friendly and enthusiastic welcome that we got from Christian. He was patient and knowledgeable about the menu. The turkey and kale panini rocked with the tomato basil soup and the... More

Stoped in on a cold day for yummy cocoa and muffins. We left rejuvinated and ready to continue holiday shopping. Great location for NYU - Brooklyn students as well!
