On a recent trip to New York we eat at both Juliana's and Grimaldi's. Hands down Juliana's was the best! We went on a Tuesday night and there was no line. The service and ambiance were great. But the pizza...oh the pizza! Amazing. You're missing...More

We had a small Margherita and it was plenty for two. The sauce was delicious and the crust was perfect. We also shared a pasta e fagioli soup - great as well. Service was friendly and efficient. Good selection of draft beers. Worth the wait.

One of the best pizzas that I've ever had, all prepared and cooked in front of us.You may need to queue to get in but its worth a wait. Excellent location following a walk down Brooklyn Bridge. Prices are reasonable.

Have eaten here a couple of times... and we must get the same waiter every time. It's a quintessential NYC place. Good food with big personalities. Juliana's pizza is amazing. So light, so thin and just amazing fresh flavors. We've eaten at gramaldi's in the...More

Everything was delicious: the pizza, the meatballs and the cheesecake. The waitress was really nice and everything was perfect. I really recommend this restaurant. I have joined some pictures ;)

We went midweek around 4pm, there were quite a few tables. That said they were all taken by the time we left (no later than 6pm) with a queue forming outside. We walked over the bridge by daylight and returned in the dark... More

Description
Welcome to Juliana's, a New York-style pizzeria. Juliana's heralds the return of Patsy Grimaldi-not only to the NYC restaurant scene, but to the original location under the Brooklyn Bridge where he co-founded Grimaldi's Pizzeria with his late wife, Carol. Unbeknownst to many, Pat & Carol severed their affiliation with Grimaldi's in 1999 when they sold the business (along with the name). Even though they were no longer involved in the restaurant, they never lost their passion for serving truly great pizza. And so, with a desire to re-live a "dream come true", they have partnered with close friend and former guest Matthew Grogan to establish Juliana's, a neighborhood pizzeria, preparing and serving pies the way Patsy has for generations. Named in honor of Pat's mother, Maria 'Juliana' Lancieri, Juliana's occupies 19 Old Fulton Street, in the Fulton Ferry Historic District, in the building that was once home to Grimaldi's.
