This place looked nice and inviting, and the menu seemed interesting, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered a Malay curry and an Indonesian rice. The food tasted ok, but it had nothing to do with real Malay or Indonesian food. In fact, someone with no experience cooking South East Asian food could have made something better.... More
I'm very disappointed to hear that your expectations weren't met when you visited us. We celebrate Asian cuisine by creating our own fusion, which will certainly differ from a region-specific cuisine style. While it's our policy to only accept cash, we realize that not everybody carries cash, so we've tried to make it easier by creating an accessible ATM. I... More
I had a very nice dinner at Nana. We went because the group wanted sushi. As a non sushi lover, I found lots of choices on the menu. I had the chicken Pad Thai which was quite good. The rest of the group enjoyed their sushi. Atmosphere was also nice. Service could have been a bit more attentive.
David, I'm so glad that you were able to find something that was perfect for your palate. We do our best to provide a wide selection of Asian dishes that reflect our attention to quality, ingredients and flavor. I'm also delighted that you found the atmosphere to your liking, but I'm disappointed to hear that your service wasn't reflective of... More
I recently hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner for my son and his new bride. They live nearby and did a lot of research before choosing Nana for the dinner of around 40 people. I must admit that I was a little leery about a mixed Asian menu for a diverse group of people in all age groups and from different... More

Came here today, after a long hard search for good sushi, and we wasn't disappointed! Friendly staff were at hand to help with choosing the right amount of sushi for the 2 of us, ordered 7 different sushi and they were good, not to much rice, lots of flavors and best of all it was all fresh! Not to be... More
Glad you enjoyed our sushi! And it's always great to hear that our staff could be so friendly! Hope to see you again soon! Best, Eric O., Chef/Owner More
I had dinner there on Saturday April 27th and it was fine. After dinner I ordered the same dessert I always get which is the crispy fried banana with green tea ice-cream. The dessert usually comes on rectangular platter with a scoop of green tea ice cream and 2 fried banana rolls, but I guess they must have budget cuts... More
I'm sorry about the troubles with your dessert, Coljam21! I can understand how at first glance, receiving the same banana you ate from would seem very unsanitary and unsafe. However, I just want to assure you that we take sanitary issues and health concerns very seriously around here. We would never do something that would put our guests at risk... More
We are from PA and stopped here before leaving Brooklyn to return home. We both thought the food was delicious. I ordered ginger soy lo mein with beef and it was very tasty. The husband ordered some sort of mei fun dish and liked it a lot. The miso soup is good also. We sat in the "garden" on a... More
Thank you for stopping by during your vacation, Amy! It's great to hear the food landed well with you and that you had a nice time in the garden. If you're ever in town again, please feel free to come by! Best, Eric O., Chef/Owner More
Went with a small group and sampled dishes from Sushi to Singapore and everything was delicious. Excellent, eager service from a helpful young staff made for a great evening. The back garden looked inviting (as soon as it warms up a bit).
I'm glad to hear everything was delicious for you, Paul! Thanks so much for the awesome review. If you're ever feeling up to it, feel free to visit us again once it warms up. Our back garden would love to have you! Best, Eric O., Chef/Owner More
We got the coconut fried rice and vegetable udon. The udon was covered with black pepper. I had hoped seasonings would be more subtle and / or imaginative. The coconut rice was very good. The bill was less than $20, which was a nice find in a pricey town. Service was speedy, but our waiter didn't understand any special request.
The food was splendid, the sushi and miso soup was the highlight of my meal. However the service was horrible. My waiter was dressed in street clothes and didnt know any of the answers to the questions that I asked him about the menu. The wait for the food was long but was over looked because of the taste. Overall... More
