Stood there for 10 minutes. No one even noticed we were there much less offered to ask if we wanted anything. Too busy chitchatting with the only other customer there. We will not be back.

Our favorite place to visit and get a handcrafted coffee beverage. Then sit on a bench in the village and watch the world go by.

Simply the best! If what you want is not on the menu, chances are they can still create it, just ask 'em. Even if they're having a bad day the staff is still friendly, courteous and quite creative. They've never handed me a bad brew. Kudos!

Pick up a warm donut from The Donut Friar and get an iced cappuccino next door at the Coffee and Company. Find a park bench around the fountain out in front of these businesses and sit back and enjoy!

My husband and I visited this little coffee shop on 4/3/16 when they first opened at 7:30 in the morning. It was super cute and great for getting a coffee on the go. We had 2 hot mochas with an extra shot. Our 2 large coffees were less than $11 which is cheaper than any Starbucks I've ever been to.... More

This is a neat little coffee shop in The Village. I stopped in there a couple of times for a cup of coffee. They have pretty good coffee. It's a really tiny little shop. They have bagged coffee for sale and they have hot and iced coffee drinks. The prices are very good and the girl working there was always... More

I came in here for the first time despite it being my seventh time in Gatlinburg. I am glad I did. I was greeted when I came in and wasn't sure what I wanted, but decided to order a small cup of their coffee. I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised at how good it tasted. I liked... I would never recommend going to this place. The customer service stinks and the wait is horrible. We ordered 2 iced coffees that were overly priced and tasted bitter. The lady behind the counter could have used an attitude adjustment. She was being very rude to the customers before us and then continued to take her aggravation out of us.... More

We walked in to the shop to hear a worker making fun of someone that they fired. Overall Terrible service! The lady behind the counter took our order worth $35.00. I wanted to add one more drink .... We even knew what we wanted... She told me to hurry up because she is losing paying customers. I asked her what... More
