We came for a late lunch on a Friday. The service was fast and perfect. The food was delicious. That is it, but TripAdvisor asks for 💯 words......bla...bla....bla...

First time to Iron Hen Cafe. Everyone is so friendly and our server was amazing, (Taylor) she explained everything very well and was very attentive. The food was fresh and very delicious! We will be back for sure!
We love this place! Farm to table! Wait staff friendly. Only concern is don't go hungry the wait on the weekends is long but worth it! The bloody Mary's are spicy spicy and good mimosas. We try to get there at least once a month.
We went for brunch around 11 am and waited for almost an hour to get in. It is really small inside but I'll tell you, the wait was so worth it. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. They have a cool variety of foods that you may not find in other places. My daughter had the grit bowl and... More

I found this place on eatwellguide.org and it was so good! All fresh ingredients, you MUST try the jam!

NC is home but I'm visiting from FL and this was the greatest welcome back. True southern cooking. Got the shrimp and grits (with no shrimp. I'm allergic) and I was NOT disappointed. Bless local businesses.
We are so glad that you enjoyed your meal. Welcome Home indeed! More
My daughter lives in Greensboro and took us to lunch. It was crowded but we got seated fairly quickly. I ordered fried chicken livers and they were delicious. I cant remember what my daughter or husband ordered but we were all very pleased.
We are so glad that you enjoyed it! Hope to see you again soon! More

Are pancakes all they serve? I was looking for a dinner menu and all I find is pancakes. Do they not serve vegetables, meats, etc., for the dinner menu?
