This was the only restaurant in Amed that we went to over 6 nights that had more than 2 tables full (6 in total) but is is the low season. The.fish cakes we had for entrée were very.nice. i had the lamb medallion which was devine. Unfortunately my partners meal.was almost uneatable ( pork with star anise). The pork tough... More

The food was excellent, fresh using a range of local and imported foods. The service was excellent and it was nice to see the chef come out to the table to see that we where happy with our meal. We found Sale's restaurant on our last visit to Amed and hope to go back here later in the year.

When we asked for a recommendation on a nearby restaurant outside our hotel they suggested Sails. It was a short walk away and after climbing some stairs we found it had a beautiful view of the coast. I tried something new, fish wrapped in banana leaves. It was excellent as was my wife's dish. Service was also very good. We... More

My husband wanted to go here for lunch as he had been here before many years ago and loved the place. I was not very hungry so ordered the sails special salad, very simple with lettuce, grapes fetta cheese balsamic dressing bacon. Was not disappointed. For something so simple it tasted amazing. I then followed it up with onion soup,... More

For such a small restaurant this place is amazing! Great views, great staff and really great food. All you could hope for in this small fishing village of Amed.

My wife and I went here with two friends. The setting is spectacular on top of a headland with 180 degrees views. The food and service were both excellent. Most main courses were served with mash potato, which sounds strange, but it definitely works. The restaurant also offers a free pick up service in the Amed area. Sails is not... More

We came here for lunch, and it did not disappoint. Even though the weather was a little stormy, the food was delicious (and so were the drinks). I ordered the fish dish which was in a banana leaf..and OMG, DELICIOUS! Highly recommend and the service was great too. A little pricey, but good visit though.

I love the fancy white outlook from the outside. We went for dinner, the first one actually. The place brought good luck, we were so lucky to get the chance to see double rainbow! Three of us got the fish, happy with that. Ah we love the fishcakes, yum!!!too full to try the dessert! Will come again next time we're... More

We stayed near by villa horizon, rest has a free pick service, mai mai was the best. Perhaps one of the best rest in the area. Little expensive compared other rest. But definitely worth a visit.
