The Pancake Shop has the best blueberry pancakes I've ever eaten. It's not a fancy place, but the food is great. Service was good, and prices are reasonable. The pancakes are huge, so you may just need to order one!

On a day trip to Hot Springs my friends and I stopped by The Pancake Shop as we heard it was a good place for breakfast. I ordered a cup of coffee, blueberry pancakes, a piece of coffee cake and 2 sausage patties. The piece of coffee cake came first and it was one of if not the best part... More

We live in Hot Springs and went to pancake shop because TripAdvisor rated it number one. Service was awful. Food was mediocre. Husband asked for a larger plate for his pancakes and server said that was a large plate and proceeded to argue with him. Acoustics so bad we couldn't talk to each other across the table and servers were... More

We easily walked in at 845 and by 9 there was a line to get in. The pancakes were light and flavorful. The sausage seemed overpriced until you took your first bite. Amazing! Friendly waitress (Jayne) and quick service. It's not fancy and the menu is limited to eggs, pancakes, cereals, and meat products. Glad we went and timing made... More

This place was jammed busy and remained full the entire time we were there for breakfast. And I totally fail to understand why. There is NOTHING distinctive on the menu--just ordinary breakfast fare prepared in a totally satisfactory but ordinary way. Eggs and omelets and pancakes are the order of the day here, along with lots of customers and indifferent... More

Many times here but first time for banana pancakes. They were scrumptious and just right with a sausage side. Like warm banana bread but better because with syrup and butter. The food is down-home-Arkansas and "old school cafe". Bustling atmosphere and close quarters with real table bussing and waitresses flying. Great addition to our Hot Springs traditions.

We love this place. We always make sure this is a must each time we go to Hot Springs. I love the ham steak. The kids love the buckwheat pancakes.

This was absolutely the BEST pancakes and sausage EVER! Our family had the banana and the blueberry pancakes. The maple syrup was piping hot- perfect! The sausage was the size of a small hamburger patty cooked just right. Once you arrive and get your name on the waiting list they suggest you to go next door and have complimentary coffee... More

We waited for almost an hour but we had one of the best breakfast ever. I had the banana pancakes stuffed with real banana and the ham omelette. Was super delicious and the people working there make sure you have the best experience ever.

Popular place for breakfast. Food was average. Wait was ridiculous. Not sure why this place is so popular. We had a good time but had to wait over an hour to get seated. If I had a do over I would pass on this place because of the wait.
