Bliss is a cute little boutique shop and bakery. The best cupcakes that I buy several dozen of for impromptu celebrations. On the plus side, there is a great selection of gifts and items that are perfect for last minute presents.

I looooove cupcakes, while their selection sounded great we were were mildly pleased. The cupcakes were muffin like, very bready and thick. Appeared to be a lot of frosting but it turned out to be the cake/muffin raised in the center.
