Very good plain cheeseburger w/ fries. Just cheese (American). Done medium. Juicy and delicious. Good fries. Coke, Water, Cup of decaf (decent coffee). Friendly staff. They accommodated our group of 10 & they split the check 5 ways easily. So good :)

Couldn't be part of the "clean plate club" here! The place was packed on a Saturday morning with locals--a good sign of quality--when "the usual" works without a menu. Way more than I could eat with the ham and cheese omelette, hashed browns, and wheat toast. You can watch the cook at work next to the bar for a hometown... More

Great dive bar. Looks like an old time gas station. Great service and cold beer. I asked the bartender if the chicken wings were good, she said yea, asked is the mushroom burger is good, she said it was the best! Fresh burger, lettuce, tomato and fresh grilled shrooms covered in Swiss. Perfect. First time. Will not be the last.... More

Never been impressed with this place but then it seems most people that rave about it have just gotten burgers so maybe I've missed out on their specialty. Been for fish and it is typical WI fry up - - not bad but not outstanding. Servings are certainly very filling. Can be REALLY crowded on Fridays so go early or... More

You wouldn't think a tiny kitchen in a converted gas station could serve up anything other than a bar burger but they do a mean breakfast and Friday fish fry.

Great small restaurant bar, with great huge portions of food. Food is outstanding, and the Bacon they serve with breakfast is some of the best we ever have had.

Found this place that was suggested by travelers and residents as a secret spot. The burgers were hand made and cooked perfectly. It was also served with whatever topping you want. I had grilled onion and they were also prepared perfectly. Find this and be satisfied!

We were searching for a place to get a grilled hamburger in Madison and settled on Brothers Three.Bullseye ! They do not make 100 different gourmet burgers just the basics. Grilled with crust on outside and juicy in the middle. These hamburgers are the exact product we had in mind.Almost a little greasy ,grilled bun and onions along with the... More

We heard that Brothers Three had good burgers so we gave it a shot. First, the building doesn't look like much. Maybe it was a service station 30 years ago? The inside badly needs an update (brown paneling on the walls) but it was clean and by 5pm there were lots of people coming in to eat. There was one... More

Stopped in for lunch about 1215 the Wed between Christmas and NY. It is a small place, but the bar and tables were full. Seemed like a work lunch crowd. Got addressed by staff immediately. Small selection of bottled beers, none on tap. I had a cup of the potato soup and a reubon. The soup was very rich and... More
