One of my favorites for breakfast/brunch. Fresh made bread, cute outdoor seating. Delicious soups and quiches.

Stopped everyday I was in Madison to get caneles. They always had vanilla and whatever the flavor or flavors of the day were. In all I tried five different flavors and everyone one of them was delicious. I would (and will) visit again!! They also had a wide variety of pastries.

We stopped in for Sunday brunch. I wouldn't say that this is a brunch place, by they do serve breakfast and lunch items at the same time. The biscuits and gravy was very good. We also had the eggs diablo, which was more like a few eggs in a spicy soup. The pulled pork sandwich was pretty good as was... More

one of the best grilled cheese sandwitches I ever had! Pastries and desserts are good too. Coffee was not the best.

So many vegetarian sandwich options, it was hard to decide. But the hummus sandwich was super delicious, I was very happy with it and I'm not even vegetarian! It'll be another tough decision next time I'm back!

One of my most favorite breakfast spots. Tofu hash is outstanding + all the pastries. It's nice and relaxing to sit outside in the summer and feel all the east side neighborhood vibes.

Heard about this place on Wisconsin Foodie. They've created a little empire that started with bread. Breakfast, lunch, patisserie. Charming and good. Outdoor seating as well.

I'm a UW alumnus and now my kid goes to school here. Everytime I visit, I take her and her friends here for breakfast. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. My only complaint is that they need a slightly larger serving of plain yogurt with the granola. But this minor glitch does not diminish my loyalty, love... More

Nice baked goods and good cooked breakfasts - - excellent loaves of bread to take home. Friendly staff. Several months ago they opened a patisserie section that offers French styled desserts and more elegant pastries.

Excellent food and no need to wait very long for a table. There is also a small kids' play area. Be adventurous and try one of the specials--you can't go wrong.
