Oaxaca Old Fashioned - delicious. Giving up margaritas. Bone Marrow meatballs -it's a meatball Foie Gras Mousse - scrumptious. Give me more. Pork and goose liver should be BFF. Scallops and pork belly - crispy light pork belly sweetly savory scallop . Chocolate balls- all balls need to be made of and slathered in chocolate and fried in pig fat.... More

We went to Chef Bonanno's fantastic restaurant with great friends on last Saturday night. It was the most fun, entertaining, learning experience I have ever had. I must admit I was a little afraid of the menu online. But we all agreed to try it. The unique way that we shared each plate is almost like having appetizers only for... More

my son and I have been wanting to try the place for a while. Arriving around five on a Saturday night got us immediate seating and prompt attention. There are many attractive options on the menu and we quickly chose the four course tasting . Solved the question of how many plates would it take to satisfy us and gave... More

It was quiet at 6:30 on a Friday - no wait for a table - although July in Madison seems generally quiet. Server was knowledgeable and very helpful - her suggestions were delicious. Snack plates (squash blossoms and stuffed dates) were more than enough to share. We also shared two small plates - pork belly and the foie gras. Very... More

Delicious food and drinks. Member of party had food allergy and they accommodated by using separate container to prepare. Food is worth the price! Many hard to find craft beers available.

Unique and delicious food. We sat out on the patio for some city ambience. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

Title says it all. My favorite restaurant. Treat yourself and go. We visited there for dinner one evening and attended a wedding reception held there. The dinner prepared for 50 was as amazing as the meal prepared for one. I lack the vocabulary to say how outstanding our food experiences have been!

We dined at A Pig in a Fur Coat based on Trip Advisor recommendations. Were concerned because the restaurant is small, doesn't takes reservations and it was Saturday night. Not sure why it wasn't crowded, but we were seated outside immediately. We opted for the four course Chef Choice menu with wine pairings. Food is creative, well prepared and the... More

This was our third visit to A Pig in a Fur Coat. We came from the Milwaukee area to celebrate our anniversary with dinner at the Pig, an overnight in town and a visit to the Saturday Farmer's Market. The food was superb, as always. We each had an appetizer, a small plate and a large plate. Unfortunately, we were... More
