Stopped in to pick up a few macaroons to go. They were fresh, light and very tasty. My favorites were the chocolate and strawberry. The ladies working behind the counter were very friendly and helpful.

I love a fresh macarron and found these not to be that good or maybe they were old. Other people I was with loved their ice cream.

The macarons and gelato we got were delicious, but we also enjoyed chatting with the lovely and helpful staff who gave us some great recommendations for other shops to check out on our walk back to the French Quarter.

Adorable sweet shop with amazing desserts. Very chic and modern with chocolates, pastries and gelato. Tried the coconut basil gelato which was excellent and the pineapple cayenne. Lets just say, the latter was a game changer! Superb. I will need to come back tomorrow :)

A local favorite, Sucre offers the top NOLA desserts, including King cake, while their gelato and ice cream are top sellers all year round. A destination place on Magazine Street, with customers often lined up out the door.

The gelatto was amazing! Definitely try out all the flavors and make you pick! It is hard to pick one. We also ordered some mini cakes and ehhh they were good, but were certainly much prettier than they tasted. Same with the chocolates.
