We had shrimps and grits meal and taste of new orleans meal. That was average. The grits didn't have any taste at all if that wasn't for the dressing. The service was ok but not great.

Skyler, our waiter, was excellent. We shared the stuffed mushrooms - very good. My husband had the blackened redfish - it was excellent. I had the shrimp caprese salad - it was very good, but the tomatoes weren't quite ripe enough for my taste. We...More

This was the only restaurant we ate at more than once while we were in NOLA. Partly because the stuffed mushrooms were TO DIE FOR and partly because the cocktails are very good, as well. The hostesses were a hoot, and service was great.

Stopped in for a drink and stayed for dinner. We had both raw and char-grilled oysters, delicious and shucked while you watch at the bar. You have to try the crab in Cajun sauce. You'll be licking the plate.

Great seafood pasta. In fact the best we have ever had! Great ambience and the waiter was very polite and professional. There was live music playing across the road which was perfect because it left us being able to talk without too much noise. The...More

We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon for a bite to eat. Service was great and drinks came quickly but when our salad showed up, it had clearly been sitting for a long time. A really, really long time. We paid for our drinks and...More

Robert, I'm glad to hear about the highlights of your visit. As for the salad it should never have left the kitchen. We make our salads fresh to order and that one did not sound fresh and for that I do apologize. If you are...More

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty

of call for folks in search of a good time and a great

around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively
well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the

My boyfriend and I ate at the Royal House the last time we came to New Orleans and we fell in love! I am planning a Bachelorette party in January. We will be a party of 12-14. I was hoping to bring our business to your restaurant, however, I saw that you know longer take reservations but do you take call-aheads? Thank you!

Response from RoyalHouseGM | Property representative |
There are a few parking lots near our restaurant that are handicap accessible. You can try on Chartres Street in between Toulouse and St. Louis street.
Where can I see a menu with current prices? We'd love to bring our group to you but need to check prices with our budget! Thanks.
