They have very good fried chicken. A fast food place and mostly fried foods but good chicken. A good late nite shack and inexpensive.

We hit Willie's for a quick and easy dinner especially for the kids while walking around Bourbon Street. What we got was hot delicious tasting chicken. Not too greasy and large filling pieces. We did take away back to the hotel and grabbed a couple of their frozen cocktails, as you have a wide selection to choose from. Service was... More

A really nice place to eat and have couple drinks, good prices the chicken is tender and juicy delicious fries and they cooked at the moment. You must stop either for lunch, dinner or just late night snack.

The chicken was good and fresh. It was readily available since you can find one every other block, or so it seems. The chicken was delicious. It was juicy and not overly greasy tasting. There could have been a lot more batter. I thought it was a little weak on the coating. The people working there weren't the friendliest but... More

Needed something to eat while enjoying the sights and entertainments on Bourbon. Dropped into this place for the smell of frying chicken aromas. Easy to order, cashier friendly, you must eat the chicken while in house. Taking it back to your room diminishes the aroma and diludes the flavorful taste. Not good reheated in microwave. Reasonable prices and enjoy a... More

I was skeptical but this food is really good and really fast. I had the tenders and they were very juicy and flavorful..

A nice fun stop for drinks and they have lots of chicken there too. The place was clean and a fun lively atmosphere.

After a long day of travelling to get to NOLA, we set our bags down and set off to explore bourbon st! A few drinks later it was time to head home to bed but not after a quick dinner! We stumbled upon willies and it was a good choice! Nothing amazing but a good quick and cheap meal with... More

We went to the one on Decatur. Service was good, meaning our food came quickly. My fried fish was ok but needed some salt which they don't have. The fries were over seasoned and i Woolf have preferred a fountain drink instead of a bottle.

you simply MUST eat here - great chicken and biscuits. So good that i went twice! The line goes fast, they have slushies for adults, and i wish i had one of these restaurants here at home!

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
