Well as many times as we have eaten here for breakfast and brunch. I have for the first time had a lunch plate. I ordered the "Elizabeth's Dream burger" all I can say is OMG. This thing number one is huge, plus has praline bacon, and blue cheese. I added some barbecue myself. I could only eat half. This is... More

My husband heard about this restaurant from a local that had relocated to our current hometown. It was worth the drive to find it and the bit of a hassle to park. The server and hostess were very friendly and attentive. We were there for brunch on a weekday. I had the grilled cheese on rye with salmon and Brie,... More

I had been to Elizabeth's for dinner before but this was my first breakfast visit. We got there right at opening time, which I recommend, and we're seated and served quickly. The grits were very good along with the ham, and the praline bacon was like having dessert for breakfast. SO delicious!!

We had the seafood stuffed mirliton and shrimp and grits. Food was amazing. Would definitely return for the mirliton. Staff attendant at the bar was rude and forgetful.

Yum! Green fried tomatoes and fried chicken were delicious! As our host put it "place has a strong NOLA vibe". Casual, but delicious food. Highly recommend. Stop in at The Country Club nearby before or after for drinks.

This was highly recommended. We understand why. The food and atmosphere radio attracts a crowd - about 8:30. We were here early to avoid the crowds. Numerous servers came to work while we were there, so, I'm sure this would improve, but our service was rather slow. People who came after us seemed to get served faster. But the servers... More

For many years, this has been a regular spot for us on every visit to New Orleans, a trek we make from Houston several times a year. Our visit yesterday morning was a real let down. The service was zombiefied, the food less than the typically stellar fare, the prices for every item on our check were higher than listed... More

We went to Elizabeth's for dessert. The service was sporadic in that we would be asked what we wanted, but it took forever between ordering, getting the food, getting the bill. People were friendly, but just seemed disorganized or pre-occupied. The key lime pie was mushy and liquid-y. We had read good reviews of this place, but in reality, it... More

I've been wanting to try this place for years. Good looking menu, great reviews. Finally had the chance and could not have been more disappointed. Went on a Monday for lunch at 130 pm but they were only serving brunch that day. Hostess was generally unfriendly. Servers seemed rushed and apathetic. Openly complaining about customers still coming in 30 minutes... More
