Had my first taste of the famous grilled oysters and they were ok. For my first taste of them, wish I could say I liked them, but I didn’t. The hush puppies and sausage P.O. boy were not very good either. I enjoyed the sweet...More

Always heard great stories about the acme oyster company and couldn’t wait to eat there. Decided to stop after a night of gambling- should have skipped! The service was terrible! The baked oysters and the roast beef Po boy were mediocre. The fish was great...More

Oysters looked good. We arrived and were promptly seated . Our waiter asked if we wanted oysters or alcohol. When we said no thank you it’s like it offended her. ( we don’t drink and weren’t in the mood for oysters). Got a fried seafood...More

Crowded and a bit hot in the restaurant. Got seating in the WAY back. Tables are backed up against each other and hard to maneuver inside. Otherwise, worth hitting once while in NOLA.

Great food and a real feel for old New Orleans. Not a slow meal but really great menu if you want real New Orleans flavours.

Whether lunch or dinner, there's going to be something good for you here. We sat at the bar for quicker seating and watched as dozens of oysters were shucked. Entertaining for us to see! The lunch selections were tasty for all of us.

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

No! You have to wait in line like everyone else dose. Party of 6 is no problem for them to seat.
