We took the trolley & a little walk to get to this place but it was well worth the time. It's a quaint little bar & restaurant. The food was great & so we're the drinks. Staff & bartender were extremely friendly & even recommended some other places for us to try while we were in NOLA. The fried oyster... More

If you're in New Orleans, you have to come here for their delicious Po Boys! My husband and I ordered a shrimp po boy and a roast beef, both were so good. We also ordered their chili cheese fries and oh man-that chili is one of the best we've ever had. This place is worth the trip!

Great Po-Boys, super fun atmosphere with all sorts of photos and history. Eileen is the best. They're great about food allergies and such.

Met some old friends from New Orleans for lunch here recently and just loved it. The ambiance is old New Orleans, the prices reasonable and food excellent.

We were visiting our son, daughter and Grandbaby and they had been raving about this place. Perfect family lunch with a Baby out under the tent with the big fans. We split an oyster and a shrimp pohboy and it fed all 4 of us handily. I personally liked the shrimp the best, a perfect spice, fabulous bread, omg craving it... More

Parkway has been exceedingly popular for its po-boys over a very long period of time. For those unaccustomed, a po-boy is a sandwich on French bread. You cannot visit New Orleans without trying one. The specialties at Parkway are the Shrimp and Roast Beef po-boys. The French bread and ingredients are always fresh. To order, one must stand in line... More

Often has a pretty long line, but well worth the wait. They claim to be one of the founding fathers of the po'boy, and if that's true, thank you very much Parkway! The shrimp po'boy has wayyyy too much shrimp, which is exactly how much all po'boys should have. Once you order things come out to you pretty quickly.

If you want to experience an excellent po boy, this is the only place to come. Alligator sausage and oyster are my two favorites. Not to be missed.

Came to NOLA the first time and saw all the reviews for this place. I never had a PO Boy before and I wanted the best. It was nothing special. Had a shrimp Po Boy and it was loaded with shrimp with some cole slaw, but I expected some sauce so it was kind of bland. We were one of... More

Parkway is a lunch favorite! They have plenty of parking and great food! Indoor and outdoor seating. Order up front and then find a table to sit down. They will call your name when your lunch is ready.
