Everything was very fresh and it was fast. The baba was good and pita were very good. I also got the tzaziki which was a little thick but had good flavor. I would come back here again. It does feel like eating in a 7/11 as someone else mentioned but I like places off the best and path.

I read the reviews and decided to get something to eat at that place. While I was waiting for my order I saw how dirty and nasty this place was!!! Dirty doors, pots, floors, tables..yikes..Then I got my order. I had a chicken wrap. Bread was cold, chicken was too salty and kinda warm ish. They haven't gave me any... More

Had dinner here last night, amazing food. Best Greek salad ever! Better than Greek Town in Chicago. Super casual, very reasonable too! Spinach pie and Mediterranean appetizer plate was superb!

Tried the combination of chicken, beef and lamb. All were absolutely beautiful. The pita & hommus were also very nice!

Excellent. Everything was fantastic. Service. Quality of food. Do not be deceived by convenience store front. Nice find. Highly recommend. Hummus presentation was best I have ever had.

I had eaten at this restaurant previously, and I had a negative experience. But when I retried it, they had fixed the problems! Alex was my waitor, and he was polite and attentive. The food had a beautiful presentation, and the taste was exquisite! I had lentil soup, a kibbie appetizer, and a lamb entree. I highly recommend this restaurant.

On our trip to New Orleans we stopped in twice for tasty food and we were waited on by quirky staff. The food was authentic with a vast menu to make your choices. The hummus, fried eggplant, yogurt, and tabouli are all great picks.

This place is a little store with a restaurant attached to it. They remain open until 6am and you can get a decent meal instead of fast food after a night out. The humus is really good and topped with hot pepper and pomegranate. The salad pairs up with the chicken and gyro nicely. I split this meal with a... More

I love their Fattoush here! I got it every day I was visiting New Orleans. Very casual atmosphere. Great for late nights.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
