Still the best place for real French croissants and baguettes Prices want way up after the ownership change from real French guy to Americain owner. Quality of ingredients like butter and cream want down in my opinion Still a place to go

Looks are better than the actual taste - if you travel and have the chance to try really excellent pastries around the country, this is not in that caliber of pastry shop. It's merely okay and definitely not worth the calories.

Croissant were absolutely fabulous and Lemon Tart was great except crust was a little hard. Cappuccino was good. I would go back for pastries. Wish they would have had egg choices. The pastries were their specialty. Would go back on trolley instead of walking

A neighborhood coffee shop and French bakery combined - and the best of each! The croissants are outstanding, especially those with embedded ham and cheese. Order at the counter and pay, then cruise the room looking for a table; when your name is called, pick...More

We enjoy this delicious french bakery. They have wonderful breads and we always make sure to take home some crescents and bagels.

As soon as the door opens, you know you are in pastry heaven. The aroma alone should be bottled and sold. However, in this small corner bakery there isn't a single pastry we haven't loved. Every trip to New Orleans includes a stop here--either to...More

Multi time visitor to NOLA and have seen this shop many times. Decided to stop for bread and sweets and was not disappointed. Beautiful croissants, a wide variety of breads, and amazing cookies. Getting some to take back to Wisconsin before we leave!

Stopped here while shopping on Magazine Street. The heavenly smell of baked goods greets you as you step inside. Excellent service and excellent food.

I've been twice & have ordered several things. Everything is consistently delicious.... veggie sandwich, sweet potato tart, Paris brest, tiramisu, pretzel bun, vanilla cheesecake, ice cream, and French toast. I've always enjoyed every morsel. But the service is lacking. The employees have terrible attitudes. They're...More

The pastries such as the chocolate croissant and apple pecan turnover range from $3-$4. And well worth it! Quiche, ham and cheese pretzel, etc around $5. Their sandwiches are all around $9-10. Their fresh baked bread can... More
