Stopped in or dessert with a group after dinner out. So much to choose from but great to pass things around the table so everyone can try many things

Went to Brocato's last week which is a local favorite. Nothing has changed as their pastries and ice cream are to kill for. The product consistency is 100% If you are looking for some unique pastries as well as some unreal ice cream flavors this...More

Italy has dozens of these GELATO (not ice cream) places but not so much in USA.Enjoy the gelato-my favorite is St Joseph almond which is like an almond Hershey bar or a biscotti.

Best dessert Italian style! Only place like this in New Orleans I can think of. Enjoyed it and my friend also.

All gelatos are delicious but my favorite is Pistachio!!!! To die for Anything you get, you can't go wrong with it. Tiramizu, out of this world. Just go and experience it!!!! Mama Mia

I love this place. Nostalgic atmosphere of old school ice cream parlor of the past. Usually bustling, expect a short wait. But worth it. Everything I've had there has been good. Try something new and enjoy!

Old school meet 2018. Pastry, ice creams, cookies... oh and coffee too. The decor is authentic and the service was friendly

The best gelato and best Tiramisu we have tasted this side of Sicily. It is a delightful place with smiles on all the employees and quick service. This New Orleans tradition is worth saving room for when visiting the Crescent City.

We got several items to share, sampled them. Everything was excellent. The ice cream w the almond pieces was best, I forgot what it's called.

Great ambiance, great employees, great ice cream and gelato and great pastries...especially the blue berry crisp! Step back in time and enjoy this place if you haven’t been. A New Orleans icon.

Brocato’s has both a chocolate and vanilla filling. In fact, you can get a cannoli with both.
