I got a small gluten free pizza with double mushrooms. It was priced similarly to Mellow Mushroom gluten free pizza. Their gluten free crust is fantastically super crusty. I had to pay for DOUBLE mushroom just to get mushrooms in every bite, but thats pretty normal for most pizza places around here. While the bottom of the crust is crusty,... More

This was north on canal. The pizza was decent. It was a laid back environment, away from the crazy of the french quarter. I think there are probably better pizza joints, but this wasn't bad, just not remarkable.

Theo's is one of our favorite pizza places in New Orleans. I have celiac and they're able to offer great gluten-free pizza's to guests who need it for an extra $4.25 (10" pizza). While it is not the best gluten free pizza I've ever had, so far it is the best that I've found in New Orleans.

Popped in after a hard day pounding the streets of New Orleans. Wanted sumthg casual & easy. Simple food & beer. This place fit the bill. Had a half & half pizza & a couple of beers. Sat in the window & watched the world go by. Very reasonable price.

Enjoyed the pizza and Caesar salad. Place order at register then staff delivers to table and they were attentive to refills.

We ate dinner at Theo's tonight with another couple. The pizza was great! The service was great and the casual, neighborhood atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing Friday night. We will be back on our next trip to NOLA.

Good food. We had the pepperoni pizza. It was thin crust and was delicious. Small place with a nice atmosphere. Family friendly. Even better value. We fed four adults for $29 including drinks ( tip not included). I would go back.

Enjoyed a laid back night with delicious thin crust pizza and salad. Especially loved the chicken pesto pizza. An extra bonus was that we were there on a Monday and Monday's are $1.50 domestic beers. Loved how cold the beers were, too!

We ate here with a group of friends, and it was really good. The pizza and salads were delicious, and there was a lot of variety. The seasonal arugula pizza was awesome! Service was good, but you have to order at the counter.

Thank Megan H

Staying in Garden District

Neighbourhood Profile
Garden District
Head to the Garden District for the full-on New Orleans experience replete with quaintly clanking streetcars, proudly grandiose antebellum mansions, picture perfect avenues lined with live oaks loaded down with Spanish moss, and a wealth of beautiful churches and many more architectural marvels. Even a brief excursion here makes plain why it’s called the Garden District. So, when you visit be sure to give yourself ample time for admiration at a languidly slow pace befitting such gentile strand of riverside living and to allow you to maximize each opportunity to stop and smell the roses – and whichever other blooms you might come across. While taking it all in, you’d do well to dine at one of the city’s most beloved destinations for regional cuisine. Gourmands from far and wide (and right round the corner) swear the age-old Commander’s Palace is the best restaurant in town – and have been doing so since it opened back in 1880.
