Great food and service. The wait staff was very friendly and attentive to our kids' needs. Our food came fast and we were on and out!

We were greeted by Trevor who informed we could seat ourselves; great. After getting seated Trevor came right over suggested and provided beer samples, I went with the Cintra and my Wife a wheat ale both from tap, cold and refreshing. GBs is very friendly, a very large place with full bar and kitchen with a tremendous seating capacity. The... More

Not the best, not the worst. The fries were great, but my fish was pretty bland overall. Centrally located near the Hilton and Harrah's though, so well situated.

I had never been to one of these before but I was informed it was a chain. The beers made in house were really enjoyable. I had a hefeweizen. They had a huge selection of appetizers too.

I had a date night on Saturday with my wife and Courtney made it great. She was attentive and offered me free beer samples (I love beer so this was wonderful). The food was great and I will be back again. I hope she wins the signing people up for the rewards program competition.

We went during lunch and the inside wait is 15-20 minutes. We turned to the corner and found that they have outdoor dining. No wait. The Pear salad was delicious!

If you want a casual bite to eat, this brew pub is satisfactory. I ordered the California burger with homemade chips and it was decent. For dessert, I tried the apple tart which I would not recommend.

I really enjoyed my time here. The food was good. The drinks were excellent. Service was pretty slow on the patio. Overall, it was a good experience.

Found what looked like dental floss in my potatoes. When I reported it the hostess shedismissed it is a piece of saran wrap. Ordered Creme Brule for dessert. When it finally arrived the top was burnt to black the rest was stone cold. Just one step above frozen. I used to eat there regularly but never again. Never apologized, didn't... More

Dropped in for dinner after a visit to the casino. Seemed pretty busy. Fairly extensive menu at reasonable prices. Service was prompt and friendly. Weren't all that hungry. Wife had a wedge salad and I had a chicken BLT. Both were surprisingly tasty. Wouldn't hesitate to return in future.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
