We stopped at Cerro Brujo for lunch today with a couple friends. The lamb was the special of the day, so 3 of us had that while the other had a NY steak. Appetizers were grilled queso fresco, croquettes and super salads. All of the food was very nicely prepared. We had a bottle of California pinot noir to accompany... More

Unique and popular Restaurant located on a nice road in Volcan Center. They change their menu daily and food is served fresh and cooked instantly. Maybe it can take time so i suggest order a few appetizers if youre really hungry. Wine collection is complete and you can get attention and recommendations by Chef/Owner Patricia Miranda. She is a beautiful... More

Chef Patricia Miranda Allen is a well-known figure in Panamanian gastronomy, having recently been a judge on Panama's version of top chef. She specializes in locally grown, farm-to-table dishes and is part of a movement to promote nearly-forgotten local fruits and vegetables. The wine list is pretty thin, but is more than compensated by the delicious food. Chef Patricia is... More

Good fresh and carefully prepared local food in a simple unpretentious location well away from the main road. Warm welcome from Patricia...... who specialises in local Chiriqui ingredients. It felt like a private dining room as our well-attended group were the only diners - and all the happier for it. Recommended highly.

Cerro Brujo is a top-notch restaurant. The chef is well-known in other countries as well. Although small, the people are very cordial. You could not find a more up-scale restaurant in the World than this one. It is expensive, however, but well worth it. The food is delicious.

We recently returned from visiting with family in Panama City and David, Panama. While driving around Volcan, we visited the Cerro Brujo Gourmet Restaurante. Everything ... and I mean everything ... is fresh. We ordered spinach soup, and although we waited a few minutes for the soup, it is made with spinach grown on the restaurant property. We watched as... More

I went with the family as I read these reviews and to my surprise it was the worst food experience in Volcan. For the price they charge and their quantity of food available is poor only a few plates of each choice. Spider webs everywhere. You can go if you what to but don't waste your time and go somewhere... More

We happened upon this gorgeous spot on Mother's Day and were delighted with the food and service. They were offering a Panamanian lunch that was well executed and plated with love. Amble amounts of flavorful dishes and tea freshly picked from their garden to finish.

This is our second trip to Cerro Brujo and I was pleased with every aspect of it. The four of us arrived an hour before opening but we were seated, no problem. Two of us ordered wine, which arrived in the bottle and was considered excellent by our friends. My wife and I had the pumpkin soup, which was recommended... More

This was my second visit to the restaurant. Last time was around 2 years ago and it was great. This time went with entire family (party of 7). My wife and I ordered Rissoto. It was WAY too salty, impossible to eat it. We had to return both entire plates. They did not apologize nor offer any substitution. And they... More
